• Design of experimental procedures and assessment of their reliability, measurement errors. • Measurement of mechanical properties of materials in laboratory conditions. • Strain gauge methods for measuring deformation and residual stresses. • Measurement and evaluation of deformation processes on real structures, implementation of long-term measurements. • Hybrid methods - combination of experimental methods and simulations. • Diagnostics of structural elements and systems, evaluation of defects in materials and products. • Monitoring of damage evolution, determination of residual service life.
