From March 1, 2025, a new Higher Education Act has come into effect. The Act SHORTENS the deadline for appealing a decision from 30 to 15 days. Therefore, the appeal must be filed within a shorter period of time. Please pay attention to this deadline, especially if you are appealing against a fee assessment, so that you can file your appeal on time!
